Every year around the holidays my sister and I make Oreo Balls, and I have decided to share the recipe!
Oreo Balls Recipe Ingredients
8 ounces softened cream cheese or whipped cream cheese
18 ounces package of Oreo cookies, crushed – I use a food processor for this (crush the entire cookie- don’t remove the filling)
1 package of white almond bark – vanilla flavor (you can use white chocolate)
Optional: Sprinkles or 1 chocolate bar
Oreo Balls Recipe Instructions
Mix cream cheese with electric mixer until fluffy. Add the crushed Oreos
and beat on high until well mixed.
Chill.
Then roll Oreo cookie mix into one inch Oreo Balls.
Next, melt the almond bark in the microwave.(don’t melt completely, just get soft – the liquid can burn!)
Dip the Oreo balls completely into the melted liquid using tongs or a toothpick.
Put on wax paper.
Optional: You can add sprinkles to the balls before they harden.
After the Oreo balls harden, keep them in the refrigerator.
Optional: You can melt chocolate and drizzle over the top of the balls.
Makes about 3 or 4 dozen Oreo Balls, depending on the size
