Move over skinny bitches! A new survey says Marilyn Monroe has the best beach body of all time!  Also on the list were more curvy Hollywood hotties: Christina Hendricks, Kim Kardashian, Beyonce and Scarlett Johansson.

Starvation/Binge Diet…Sounds Doable!

As I sit here eating my chocolate Cheerios and adding them to my calorie count for the day (using MyFitnessPal for the iPhone), I can’t help but think this new Starvation/Binge diet could be awesome!

The low down:  Scientists at the National Institute for Aging found that people who fasted every other day AND ate whatever they wanted on their eating days actually lost weight, helped their hearts, improved their brain power, and helped protect against diseases like Alzheimer’s thanks to better insulin regulation.

Bum Boosters!

I don’t know why I have always been afraid of butt pads, but (no pun intended) essentially it’s just a little boost for your bum just like a padded bra is for your boobs! So what’s the problem!? Apparently there isn’t a problem in Britain, according to The Daily Mail, “Since Pippa’s appearance at the royal wedding, sales of ‘padded pants’ have rocketed as women try to emulate her shapely derriere, according to experts.”

Curse of the Halloween Candy, Solved!

HOW DO YOU BURN OFF CANDY CALORIES? People who indulge in Halloween candy can burn off calories and have fun, or even be productive, at the same time, American Council on Exercise says. Leigh Crews, a fitness trainer for the council, says the average amount of popular candy — one Almond Joy Snack Size Bar, one Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup or six Tootsie Rolls — is about 100 calories.

To burn off the calories of one Halloween treat:

— Dance for 20 minutes.
— Jog in place for 12 minutes.
— 15 minutes of intense weight training burns approximately 100 calories. These “tuned up” muscles will keep burning more calories even after the workout is over.
— Bike for 10 minutes at 12-14 mph.
— Play a virtual sport or exercise games.
— Walk for about 15 minutes.
— Bounce on a trampoline for 27 minutes to tone legs, butt and abs.
— Wax your car for 20 minutes.
— Shop at the mall for 41 minutes.
— Dig, rake, plant and weed in the garden for 15 minutes.

The Most Unhealthy Halloween Candy

If you plan on wearing a sexy and revealing Halloween costume this year, you might want to skip these pieces of candy that “Reader’s Digest” calls the unhealthiest:

#1.)  Twizzlers.  They don’t have much fat, but they’re basically just sugar . . . which turns to fat in your body if you don’t burn it off. And one Twizzler has about 35 calories and five grams of sugar.

#2.)  Fun-Sized Butterfingers.  Each one has 45 calories, and two grams of fat.  So if you have four of them and weigh 150 pounds, you’d have to walk about 30 minutes to burn it off.

#3.)  Fun-Sized Baby Ruth.  Just one has upwards of 80 calories, four grams of fat, and 10 grams of sugar.  It’s mostly because of the chocolate-and-peanuts combo.

#4.)  Fun-Sized Mounds.  They’re dark chocolate and have coconut filling, which might SOUND healthier.  But one bar has 4.5 grams of fat, 7 grams of sugar, and 80 calories.

#5.)  Reese’s Peanut Butter Pumpkins.  They’re the Halloween version of Peanut Butter Cups, and they’re probably the worst.  Instead of two small pieces, you get one big one that has 180 calories, 16 grams of sugar, and 11 grams of fat.

Time to get my BUTT in gear…Bikini Body here I come!

I work odd hours as a morning radio host (5am-1pm) and don’t watch much TV because, well let’s face it day time TV doesn’t offer the best programming. I always seem to catch the infomercial for the Brazil Butt Lift workout, and since I am lacking in the badonkadonk department, I finally broke down and ordered the entire set! I have always been envious of the women who “got back”…but I am wondering if my flat butt will even come close to these legendary behinds. Can you guess who they belong to???
